Shipping Rates/Returns & Exchanges

Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of order arrival. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for shipping fees on returns unless the item is damaged or incorrectly shipped. We will cover shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

  2. Clothing: Items that have been washed or worn will not be accepted.

  3. Music, Media, & Accessories: These must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

 

Return Instructions

  • Use the original packaging (if possible) and include your order number along with the reason for return.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of delivery. Guerrilla Funk Merchandising, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged returns without valid tracking documentation.

Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our office, allow up to 8 business days for processing. All returns are subject to inspection. Items must be complete, properly packaged, and include all original packing materials and documentation. Ineligible returns will be denied. A representative will contact you via the email address associated with your order for further details. Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days if approved.

Exchanges

If your desired exchange item is out of stock, you may return the original item for a refund or store credit.

 

Address Changes

We can update your shipping address if your order hasn’t yet shipped. Contact us at sales@guerrillafunk.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Current shipping address

  • Updated shipping address (must be within the same country and time zone as the original)

 

Guidelines for Proper Returns

To avoid delays or denial:

  • Ensure items are 100% complete and properly packaged.

  • Include all packing materials, accessories, and documentation.

  • Use a qualified shipping container.

  • Include the original packing slip.
